Farvision ERP has a wide range of widgets to provide snapshots of your business required to run day-to-day operations and help in decision making. On clicking on a widget, you can select the company for which you want further details and thereafter, the business unit.

Finance Module 

AP Outstanding

  • This widget displays the total outstanding amount owed to suppliers and vendors, helping finance teams manage payables.

Unsecured Loan

  • You can know your company’s liability of unsecured loans through this widget. For each business unit, the name of ledger along with amount can be viewed through this widget.

Statutory Dues

  • Improve regulatory compliance and statutory obligations like PF, ESI, P-Tax, GST, TDS with this widget that lists all pending statutory dues.

Fund Position (BANK)

  • Monitor your current fund position in bank accounts. This widget helps you get a concise view of outgoing payments and incoming money. The data is available bank-wise and you can drill down to get more details about the Account Heads.

CRM Module

Invoice Not Raised

  • Reduce the revenue gap by identifying milestones where invoices have not been raised. Entering the Expected Completion Date helps track billing delays for construction-linked milestones. This widget further simplifies bill raising for EMI-based payment schedules by tracking and taking appropriate action to generate invoices in case of delays in raising bills.

Upcoming Demand (Next 30 Days)

  • With this widget that displays upcoming invoices from customers over the next 30 days, your team can intimate customers about the invoices that are to be generated.

AgeWise Outstanding

  • Get a view of customer outstanding so that you can plan collection strategies with your customers’ bills accordingly. The age buckets (<30 days, 30-60 days and >90 days) are from the invoice date.

Loan Application Pending

  • Avoid delays to sales and thus collection by tracking home loan applications of customers wanting to purchase your units through bank funding. Track the loan applications for which NOCs are pending from the financing banker.

Available Unit

  • This widget shows the number of units currently available for sale, helping teams manage and market available inventory. Similarly, the “Available Parking” widget is also available, which shows the parking inventory.

All Unit

  • Gain a comprehensive view of inventory with this widget that shows the total number of units, categorised as Available, Blocked, and Booked Units across Projects.

Brokerage Details

  • This widget displays details of brokerage bills booked and payments made to brokers, helping teams manage and track brokerage expenses.

Engineering Module

Expiring Bank Guarantee

  • With this widget, your team can monitor Bank Guarantees (BGs) the company has taken from contractors that are about to expire. Your team can take necessary action to get the BGs renewed or take fresh ones from contractors.

Today Contractor’s RA Bill Paid

  • Stay updated with payments made to contractors today. This information is good to keep handy while dealing with contractors.

Retention Release Due

  • Monitor the retention amount deducted from the Contractor RA bills that are due for release. The list of Contractor RA bills with the retention amount due and partly paid, if any, is available for your ready reference.

Contractor Outstanding

  • With this widget, you get a bird’s eye view of the total outstanding amount owed to Contractors with bills booked through Contractor RA Bill. Any outstanding amount from material supplies made with purchase bills or contractor liabilities booked through non-store purchase will not be seen here.

Overdue Work Projection

  • Through this widget, your Planning Team can easily view activities not completed within their stated timelines. By identifying delayed tasks (based on Overdue Days), your team can revise their schedule and take corrective actions.

Expiring Work Order

  • View work orders nearing their expiration date and ensure action is taken to complete the work or amend the work order. Without timely action, the work order will expire and prevent the creation of work certification entries, submission of bills, making of payments, and so on.

Total Drawing Received Entry

  • Track and manage Drawings better with this widget, which displays the total number of Drawings received from the Architects and entered in the system.

Materials Module

Indent (Delivery Delay)

  • You can now monitor pending requests for material for which the purchase order has not been made. Delay in purchase orders can cause a disruption in project completion timelines and therefore may require your attention. The number of days since indent requisition was raised is also provided

PO (Delivery Delay)

  • Track Purchase Orders (POs) against which material delivery due date has passed and material has not been delivered. Another widget is also available which shows the total Purchase Orders pending from the PO creation date.

Overdue Age Wise Outstanding

  • With this widget, you can monitor age-wise outstanding amounts to suppliers. If any part payment has already been made or on account payment made, it will also be shown. Only bills for which payment due date has passed will be shown here. The different age buckets (<30 days, 30-60 days and >90 days) are calculated from the due date.

SFA Module

New Leads

  • This widget displays the new leads or prospects today who have expressed interest across different sources (like WhatsApp/Facebook/Direct, etc.), captured all in one place. Your sales teams can easily follow up with potential customers to convert leads into opportunities from here itself.

Untouched Leads

  • This widget displays all the leads that are yet to be contacted, or no action has been taken so far. By identifying Untouched Leads, you can ensure you don’t miss any potential opportunities by following up from here itself.

Overdue Tasks

  • This widget displays the number of tasks that have passed their due date. The tasks and activities include phone calls, emails, etc. that have been assigned to your sales team, but action is yet to be taken. Upon drilling down, you can see the details of the task and lead and start follow up from here itself.

Task Schedule

  • It shows a schedule of tasks you have planned for today. You can view details of your scheduled tasks, update your activity information by marking (like phone call, email, etc.) directly from here.

Untouched Opportunity

  • Leads that have shown interest are now converted into opportunities. This widget displays opportunities that haven't been contacted yet, ensuring no potential deal is overlooked. After drilling down, you can see details of the potential customer and you can initiate follow-up directly from this point.
