About Farvision · Built since 1996

The construction-grade ERP, built for the value chain it serves.

Gamut Infosystems Ltd has built Farvision since 1996 — the year RERA was barely a whisper, before construction had a software category of its own. Three decades on, the conviction holds: construction is six businesses in one value chain, and a horizontal ERP bent into shape doesn't serve any of them well. Today, Farvision is the platform 900+ Indian developers and contractors run on, and the platform 28 million sqft of GCC mixed-use is managed on.

The company

Construction is six businesses in one value chain.

A developer builds and sells. A contractor builds for others. A leasing arm runs the rented portfolio. A community manager operates the residents' world. A facilities team maintains the buildings. A captive plant supplies the concrete and the pre-fab. Six businesses, one value chain, one ledger — that's the conviction Farvision has been built around since 1996.

Horizontal ERPs treat each of these as a generic vertical and bend their finance/inventory/CRM modules into shape. They work, after a fashion, with consultants and customisations and reconciliation cycles. Farvision starts from the construction value chain and builds outward. The depth shows up where it matters — in the RA bill workflow, in the Mollak service charge cycle, in the reverse BOM for a crusher plant, in the multi-JOP vendor bill split for a community manager. Not in the marketing.

Three decades have produced 209 Property Management functions, 269 Financials reports, 266 Engineering functions, 110+ Business Development functions — and the conviction that this is what it actually takes to serve a construction business end-to-end.

Corporate structure

Two entities. One platform. Two regulators.

Farvision operates through two legal entities, each licensed and regulated in its home jurisdiction. The platform is the same; the entity you contract with depends on where you operate. This isn't a marketing distinction — it's how an ERP delivered across India and the GCC must actually be structured to be tax-compliant, data-resident, and operationally accountable in both regions.

What we build

One platform. Six verticals. Construction-grade depth.

Farvision is a unified ERP platform with six purpose-built verticals — each constructed natively on the same database, the same ledger and the same audit trail. Builders and their FM arm don't migrate data between systems; the same project workflow continues from land acquisition through handover, into community management and facilities. The point of the platform is that the six businesses run on one piece of plumbing.

Where we operate

Indian-rooted. Gulf-proven. MENA-reaching.

Three concentric circles: an India home market where the platform has matured for nearly three decades, a Gulf operating base where construction supply runs on the same software our developers do, and an expansion pipeline across MENA and East Africa where the value-chain ERP thesis travels well.

The leadership

Built since 1996. The same hands on the wheel.

Farvision has been led by Mr Alok Agrawal, Director, since its founding in 1996 — building the platform from a single product into an India-and-GCC operation, through three Indian governments, three software platform shifts, and the regulatory rebuilds around RERA, GST, e-invoicing, and Mollak.

That continuity matters. Most ERP vendors a customer evaluated in 2014 don't exist in 2026 — or have been acquired, sold, restructured, or pivoted away from the construction vertical entirely. The team that built the RERA workflow during the regulatory rollout is the same team that built the Mollak workflow during the Dubai certification cycle. The product knowledge has compounded for 28 years without break.

At the 14th CREDAI NATCON in Jakarta in 2014, Mr Agrawal personally received the inaugural "Preferred ERP Partner" recognition on behalf of the company. Twelve years later, in February 2026 at CREDAI YouthCon Bengaluru, the partnership was renewed as "Preferred Exclusive ERP Partner". The continuity is institutional.

The Indian real estate and construction industry is highly capital-intensive and presents plentiful risks of managing process, compliance and capital. An ERP for this industry has to think like the industry — not be retrofitted to it. — Alok Agrawal, CEO, Gamut Infosystems Ltd
